I grew up in a closely connected small town in Mexico where everyone helped each other. This sense of community has stuck with me, and it’s a big part of who I am today. Whether I’m involved in local events, supporting non-profit organizations, or just enjoying a hike and sharing my experiences on social media, I get my inspiration from people working together.

I’ve spent six years working in banking and learned how important it is for customers to trust us. I want to help my Latino community see banks in a new light by creating more opportunities for them and connecting on a personal level.

My religious beliefs guide a lot of my choices, and being a minister has made me realize even more how important it is to work for the good of the community. My children are my biggest motivation, I want them to see me do well in my professional life, so they know they can do the same.

In the end, my aim is to live a life that makes a positive difference to others. By setting a good example, sharing what I’ve learned, and being kind to everyone I meet.

Together, we can make a difference.

Since 2006, Children of the Valley has been at the forefront of local efforts to ensure that children in need are given equal opportunity to learn, feel supported, and thrive in all aspects of their young lives. We believe that every action taken on behalf of these children – positive word-of-mouth, donation, sponsorship, or volunteer hours – starts a ripple of change that reaches far and wide. It is our goal to positively impact the lives of the children and families we serve, creating a better future for us all.
